To ensure you receive the attention you deserve, we recommend booking your appointment well in advance.

Before your consultation, feel free to share your top dresses from our collections that are featured on our website and social media. Please also keep a budget in mind, to ensure that we stay on budget during the consultation. Upon arrival at our boutique, you and your special guests will be warmly greeted by your dedicated bridal stylist and you will be offered some sparkling wine and delicious snacks. We would love to get to know you, your personal style and the vision you have for your wedding day.

Next, it’s time to explore our carefully curated collection of exquisite wedding dresses. Our diverse range includes styles to suit every bride, from classic and timeless to modern and trend-setting. Your stylist will guide you through the selection. In our spacious and comfortable fitting room, you’ll have the opportunity to try the dresses on. While we do keep to the time frame of your booking, there is no limit to the amount of dresses to try on. Your stylist will be there to assist you in putting on the dresses, offering advice on fit, silhouette and overall aesthetics.

Found “the one”? Great! We offer customization options to our dresses from our local designer, to ensure your dress is uniquely yours. Whether it’s adding more buttons, adding sleeves, or choosing a different fabric for the skirt, we will work with you to make your dress truly special. Additionally, explore our selection of accessories, to complete your bridal look.

Please note that we do not offer customizations to dresses from our Justin Alexander collection, personalisation of our dresses is a unique add-on only for our local designs from Bespoke by Maryke.

Congratulations on selecting your dream dress! To secure your dress, we require a 60% non-refundable deposit. When your dress has been secured, you will be invited for a follow-up consultation where we’ll take your measurements to ensure a perfect fit. We’ll discuss any necessary alterations, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the process.

When your dress arrives at our boutique, the full amount will be invoiced and you’ll be invited for an alteration fitting. Our trusted seamstress will consult with you and make any adjustments to ensure that your dress fits like a dream. This is also an excellent time to finalize your accessories.
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll schedule a final fitting to make sure that your dress fits perfectly.
